We are proud of our strict Statistical Process Quality Control (SPC) program.  It makes our production go smoothly with steady high quality products in every shifts, which makes every one of our customers happy.

TransOcean is one of the earliest few companies who established the computerized ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for our whole company management in this area.  We use ERP system in managing our Sales,  Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, Shipping, Warehousing, Accounting and Human Resources.  

With this system, we have made our working processes in the shop “transparent to all the members of our management team to find and correct problems in the earliest stages.  We can track back to every working step and a single operator if any quality issue occurs.  Our ERP system makes sure that your products will be always shipped to you with satisfied qualities.

TransOcean has been a ISO-9001 certified manufacturer since the year of 2002. We are also NSF certified now for our vinyl glove productions for Codex/NACMCF HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices and Best Industry Practices for our glove factory. There are only two glove factories in the whole China who have been certified by NSF so far.
